Qlyee ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to copyright complaints in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We maintain a policy for processing DMCA takedown notices and will terminate access for repeat infringers.

Our Commitment

Qlyee is a browser gaming platform that aggregates and displays games developed by third parties. We do not create or directly host most of the games featured on our website. Games are embedded from external servers operated by game developers or hosting providers. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will act promptly upon receiving valid complaints.

Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content available on Qlyee infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the original work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing content: The specific URL(s) on qlyee.com where the infringing content is located, with enough detail for us to locate it.
3. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice to determine whether it meets the requirements of the DMCA
• Investigate the claim and identify the allegedly infringing content
• Remove or disable access to the content if the complaint is valid
• Notify the content provider (if applicable) about the removal
• Provide you with confirmation of the action taken

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it was previously available
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or will accept service of process if located outside the United States)

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not seek a court order within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

Qlyee maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat copyright infringers. If a user or content provider is found to have infringed copyright on multiple occasions, their access to our platform may be permanently restricted. We may also remove content without a formal DMCA notice if we have reason to believe infringement has occurred.

Important Considerations

Before filing a DMCA complaint, please consider the following:

• Fair use: Certain uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use under Section 107 of the Copyright Act. Factors include the purpose of use, nature of the work, amount used, and effect on the market.
• Licensed content: The content you are complaining about may be licensed or authorized for use. Please verify that the use is actually unauthorized before filing a complaint.
• False claims: Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
